Countrywide named as new In-House Lender!!

After a long and educational process, Keller Williams Realty St. George has gone with Countrywide as their in-house lender. "It has been a great experience to speak with many lenders through this process," says Keller Williams Team Leader, Steve Mangelson. "Countrywide's systems, models, values and belief system is so similar to that of ours at Keller Williams, it is a great fit." The loan officers that will be in-house at Keller Williams will be Blake Bench and Matt Hickman. Regarding Matt and Blake Steve has stated, "I believe these two to have amazing integrity and are very skilled at what they do. Just recently, they have 'saved' several deals for us, that otherwise would not have gone through. They are respected in the industry, and are known for their hardwork, their honesty, and their knowledge of products available to get the job done. Blake and Matt are supported very heavily on the back end of the transaction with the help of James Macpherson, Office Manager of the Countrywide St. George office. The beauty of the support that Blake and Matt have also comes with the in-house processing and underwriting. "Everything can be done locally," says Macpherson. "It adds a lot of value to the agent and the customer when we can process, draw docs and fund all in-house." Productivity Warrior Competition Details

On October 1st, we are launching the 4th Quarter Productivity Warriors Competition!!

For 14 weeks you will track your lead generation efforts on the approved tracking form. Each week, I will e-mail you this form for you to complete and return to me via e-mail. You will also be able to pick one up at the front desk, and I will have copies for you on the production wall in a plastic bin. For each lead generation activity performed, you will log your completed activities on the form & I will calculate you total points for the week. Forms need to be turned in, no later than the following Monday. After calculating that week's points, I will post them on the production wall, so that you can see everyone's progress.

At the end of the contest, the agent that accumulates the most amount of points will win a digital camera valued at $150. Second place wins 3 free Keller Williams listing signs and 3rd place will win a Canon Photo Printer.
